Areola Reduction
Areolas (nipples) that are large (due to genetics, pregnancy or heavy breasts) can be resized and reshaped. Wide areola diameter can be reduced to suit the rest of the breast tissue/nipple size and shape. Average areola diameter for women is between 38-42mm. Men’s areola is between 25-28mm
These procedures can be performed alone or in combination with breast augmentation or breast lift and are known as areola reduction.
