Facial fat injection and upper eyelid surgery. Facelift surgery would have been the wrong choice and cost more. Notice the forehead rejuvenation after fat and stem cell injections. Unlike Botox, it is a permanent result. Forehead rejuvenation using fat and stem cell injection is a scar-less procedure.
In the before picture, we see a skeletonised face after weight loss. A minimally invasive procedure with fat injections transformed her face. The procedure took one hour. The recovery time was only five days. A neck/ face lift would have been the wrong choice for this patient because it would have further skeletonised her face.
This patient had neck liposuction and buccal fat pads removal.
You can see the effect liposuction had on this patient. In the after photo, his chin is more defined, and his turkey wattle is gone, yet his neck looks natural.
